How to correctly fill out the APVA application?

1. Submit the application at: apvis.apva.lt

2. Prepare the necessary documents: the building's unique number (if installing the power plant on the house roof); the land plot's unique number (if the power plant will be installed on the ground); obtain the co-owner's consent and identification details, as only the property owner can apply for the support.

3. Fill out the ESO connection conditions on the ESO website. If you don’t have them, we recommend completing them as soon as possible and submitting the application without them. Later, once you receive the ESO conditions, you can update your application for support.

1. Along with the APVA support application, you need to attach the power plant connection conditions issued by AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO) for connection to the electricity distribution network.

2. Solar panels must comply with EU standards, including eco-labels, energy data labels, and other technical regulatory systems established by EU standardization bodies. They must have a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year 80% efficiency warranty. The panels must be CE-certified and provide sufficient protection against dust and moisture (at least IP65).

3. The voltage inverter must be suitable for solar power installations and comply with EU standards, including eco-labels, energy data labels, and other technical regulatory systems established by EU standardization bodies. It must have a 5-year product warranty. The inverter must provide sufficient protection against dust and moisture (at least IP65).

4. The lease or loan agreement must be valid for at least 6 years from the date of submission of the project registration form to the Environmental Projects Management Agency of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania.

Kaip teisingai užpildyti ENA paramos prašymą?

1. Paraišką teikite adresu: ena.lt

2. Pasirinkite pagal savo situaciją tinkamą kvietimą įkrovimo stotelių paramai pildyti.

3. Pildant paraišką būtina nurodyti tikslius asmeninius duomenis, tikslų numatomų stotelių skaičių bei galią.

4. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad jei stotelė yra statoma ant žemės, yra būtina valdyti sklypą nuosavybės arba nuomos ar panaudos principais. Jei stotelė statoma ant sienos, tuomet privalote valdyti turtą nuosavybės arba nuomos ar panaudos principais.
